Honey House 218 Railway Street
Honey house extracting plant is 40’x80’ with 20’x80' extracting/hot room, 20’x80’ mezzanine and 20’x80’x14’ high warehouse area. The main floor extracting area is divided into a hot room and extracting room. Hot room is heated with a unit heater and a building-wide high efficiency furnace. Both areas are illuminated by high efficiency enclosed LED fixtures.
The Mezzanine suite has kitchen, office, bathroom with shower and 2 utility storage rooms. The open storage area has steel shelving.
The extracting area features a 120-frame custom built Cowan stainless steel air ram extractor with frame deboxer, Cowan automatic decapper, hydraulic box lifter, double unloading ramps, one barrel sump with Moyno pump and boiler for decapper knives. Extractor air rams are operated

Warehouse has 4-14’x12’ roll up doors and 3-man doors. Warehouse is divided into two 45’x50’ sections with three bays. A 12’x14’ rollup door separates each section.
