Load In / Load Out Information
- Please use the Aero Crescent NE Road and enter The Westin Calgary Airport property towards the loading dock.
- The red square is where the entrance to the property is.
- The yellow square is where the loading dock is for Blackfoot Crossing C & D (ballroom) – Before the exhibitors can load out, they must call the Banquet Operations mobile number: 403 554.5901 (UPDATED NUMBER) and inform them of their arrival.
- To assist with the exhibitors or outside vendors’ load in / load out schedule, please submit the list of company’s names and the arrival / departure information or schedule
- Our Banquet Operations Team will be scheduled according to the schedule provided
- For any power or plug-in requests, please reach out to Gideon Ankrah, Director of Technology, Encore at gideon.ankrah@encoreglobal.com or mobile number 403 681 5383
- Alternatively, the front of the Convention Centre may be use for any oversized equipment brought in for the Exhibit.
