Agitator Design (Key Advantage):
The mixer features five stainless steel agitator blades distributed along the entire depth of the tank. This configuration allows efficient and uniform mixing even at very low fill levels.
The unit can operate reliably with approximately one-fifth (20%) of its total capacity, making it suitable for small batches, pilot production, recipe development, and scalable production, without compromising mixing quality.
Patented Heating Technology:
The mixer uses a patented double-jacket heating system with a quilted / dimpled outer jacket, requiring only a small volume of water. The water is continuously circulated by a pump, ensuring uniform heat distribution, high thermal efficiency, and reduced electricity consumption while preserving honey quality.
Production Capabilities:
Designed for creamed / soft honey production using multiple recipes, particularly German-style slow crystallization, delivering a smoother texture, stable crystal structure, and premium-quality honey compared to fast whipping methods.
