Key Technical Advantages
Double Knife Decapping System
The decapper is equipped with a double knife system, which is rare in Canada and the U.S. The first knife opens the cappings, while the second knife automatically removes remaining uncut areas. This largely eliminates manual post-decapping with forks and significantly reduces labor requirements.
Vertical Centrifuge Performance
The vertical centrifuge processes up to 42 frames per load. Due to its very fast extraction cycle, the effective hourly throughput is higher than standard vertical systems, making it suitable for continuous commercial operation.
Direct Wax Melter
Wax is separated and melted immediately during extraction and cast directly into molds, forming solid wax blocks in real time. This eliminates wax presses or wax centrifuges, which often clog and still require remelting. The process is gentle, and the honey is not exposed to critical temperatures.
